WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

Anyone living in Acushnet, Dartmouth,
Fall River, Fairhaven, Freetown, Lakeville, Marion, Mattapoisett, New Bedford, Rochester, Wareham and Westport. You must be 18+. You or someone in your family must identify as having been impacted by the opioid crisis, or be interested in entering the field of substance abuse.

You will be asked to complete a brief referral form that is available in English, Portuguese or Spanish.
